Axia announces the release of their revised Accounting RFI/RFP Template

PRLog (Press Release) – Apr. 22, 2014 – CHATHAM, U.K. — The Accounting RFI/RFP Template enables users to quickly and easily gather accounting system requirements, prepare a requirements specification, RFI and RFP (for issue to software suppliers) and then assist with evaluation and comparison of supplier responses.

The RFI/RFP Template has been enhanced and revised as of April 2014. As well as bringing software functional criteria completely up-to-date, the template has undergone a major format revision to make it much faster and easier to use.

Richard Starling, Axia’s Director explains, “The key enhancements include separate easy-to-amend RFI and RFP mini templates, plus a reduced number of spreadsheets, with software criteria listed in a logical order – making it even quicker and easier to configure to your needs.”

The Template is impartial and unbiased towards any software supplier. The mini RFI and RFP templates are available in MS Word, and the spreadsheets are in MS Excel – to give the maximum flexibility and the fastest configuration to a user’s precise needs.

Four Accounting RFI/RFP Template versions – Enterprise, Professional, Essentials and Not-For-Profit are available for immediate download from Axia’s online shop.
